Who we are
The Service is operated by Horas Eye, a business name registered in Ireland under the Registration of Business Names Act 1963 (registration No. 792459, registered 3 September 2026). The product and website are branded as HorasEye. In these Terms, "HorasEye," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that registered business.
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HorasEye's website and honeytoken platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Service
HorasEye helps security teams create, deploy, and monitor honeytokens and related deception assets. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan. We may update or improve the Service over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@horaseye.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise HorasEye infrastructure without authorization.
- Upload malicious content or use honeytokens to harm people or systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly allowed in writing.
You are responsible for how you deploy decoys in your environment and for ensuring your use complies with your organization's policies and obligations.
Plans, billing, and subscriptions
Paid plans, quotas, and feature limits are described on our pricing pages or in an order form. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection) unless otherwise stated in writing.
Checkout and subscription management are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected plan and any applicable taxes. You can update payment methods, view invoices, cancel, or change plans where supported through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account billing settings.
Optional AI alert briefs (where available on your plan) may be billed as an add-on subscription. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for your own security judgment.
Refunds are handled in line with applicable law and our billing policies. Unless required otherwise, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable after access has been granted; unused time on plan changes may be credited per Stripe's proration rules. Contact info@horaseye.com if you believe a charge was made in error.
We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent renewals.
Intellectual property
HorasEye owns the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your organization data and content you submit. We receive a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Confidentiality and security
We treat customer data as confidential and apply reasonable safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. You should treat credentials, alert data, and decoy material as sensitive security information.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Honeytokens are one layer of defense and do not guarantee detection of every attack. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HorasEye will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid fees.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other customers, or where required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect. To request export or deletion of your organization data, email info@horaseye.com from an authorized address on the account. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and delete or anonymize data as required by applicable law, subject to legitimate retention needs (for example, billing records held by Stripe).
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
